LeTV Le 2 AOSP ROM, Get a pure android Experience

The wait for a pure android experience on the Le 2 is finally over. The first AOSP ROM has been released for Le 2 phones (X620) by the chinese team “ycjeson”. This is the same team responsible for the FlymeOS release and the CyanogenMod Releases. Currently this rom is in Beta 1 form, meaning that there are some minor bugs. Currently ImpressiveDroid has verified that the ROM runs well with only the fingerprint feature not working. The rom does contain your usual bloatware suspects, such as additional android markets. This is common for Chinese made ROMs as it is a major source of income for the ROM developer

What is AOSP

AOSP stands for Android Open Source Project and is the as pure as Android can get. It is based on fully open source software and does not contain any bloatware on its own. However you should not the chinese developer did add some of their own apps to this ROM.

AOSP is smaller and faster performing than all other roms.

  4. Thanks for your article. What I want to say is that when searching for a good internet electronics store, look for a site with entire information on key elements such as the security statement, safety measures details, any payment options, as well as other terms and also policies. Usually take time to browse the help in addition to FAQ sections to get a far better idea of the way the shop performs, what they are able to do for you, and just how you can use the features.
