- Install the drivers for your phone using Snap pea .
- Download the following zip file (choose the correct model of you phone):
- Extract the zip file into a folder in you pc.
On your phone:
- Go to settings, and find the “about’ page. There click the Build number until you enable developer options.

- Once the flashing is complete, you will see an [OK] on your phone followed by a boot into TWRP!
- TWRP recovery. At first you will see a chinese TWRP welcome screen.
TWRP is a Recovery program designed to flash zips. On your phone go and click Flash zips and flash the included files:
- SuperSU gives you root
- GooglePlayServices gives you Google Play Store, Youtube, Gmail and other google related services!

I recently purchased this phone in China and i am tryoing to load some apps that are google related such as gmail, magic jack app, etc and unable to load any of those.
Yr help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Done, added the LeTV Pro TWRP link
for english TWRP follow the instruction for chinese TWRP and than do the following:
Now go to your pc and download a TWRP theme from here:
https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/z31s1…TWRP%20287X_v1
10. Make a folder named “theme” and copy the downloaded theme from the upper link inside this folder and rename it to “ui”
11. Copy this theme folder in to the TWRP folder of your phone
12. Then again power off your phone and and go to recover by volume up + power button and voila you will have English TWRP

i tried this but my X600 doesn’t go black screen as mentioned. What am I doing wrong? please help
What does it say on your screen.
Also make sure you installed the drivers and enabled usb debug mode
Finally on fastboot mode but how long does it takes for the flashing?
Can you please make a video on how to root the x600 ?? i dont understand the instructions….please!
My phone refuses to enter fastboot mode. The bat file will not do it; it simply says ‘entering fastbood mode’ and the phone displays a penguin. I left it like this for one hour and nothing happened.
If I disconnect the phone from my computer, switch it off and hold volume down + power, I get the picture of the penguin on my screen and nothing else happens.
Has anyone got an idea of what I do in this situation?
[…] About iRoot (VRoot) iRoot is a pretty popular phone hacking tool in China. I have installed this app personally and found it is safe for your computer. This app however does trigger a 17/53 Virus detection ratio on Virus total. The reason for this is that iRoot installs a few apps onto your phone during the installation process (you can uninstall them once your done). You can find more information about iRoot on XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2434453 If you prefer a cleaner installation, check out my manual root tutorial. […]
After executing the .bat file then press ENTER a few times, my X600 reboots a few times. I saw fastboot in between. However it finally gets back to a common rebooting with nether TWRP nor root.
The one-click method also did the same thing. No TWRP and root failed.
My current rom is experimental version from EUI website (11Nov2015)
Please advise.
it might be an issue with the drivers on windows.
Hi,
Did you figure this out, I’m having same problem?
Thanks,
Noel
Tried to root, got stuck in chinese TWRP with lots of erros, reboot takes be back in TWRP anyone has any Ideas?
Change twrp to english then install supersu from TWRP
I tried this on my x600. It failed to root now the phone won’t go into recovery mod or will it factory reset what as gone wrong
Google clean install letv x600. I’ve done the same as you. Now fixed using clean install. Still can’t get twrp loaded so have left if alone for a bit. At least phone works and has all Google apps working. A few minor bugs but working and very very minimal Chinese apps/text.
Same problem. Everything seems to work, but atfer flashing the recovery-file to the phone (and it says OK, both program and phone) phone reboots to normal EUI. Did a factory reset. Problem persist. iRoot looks ok until it stops saying FAILED.
I had LeEco Max 2 and found iRoot failed to root my LeEco Max 2. Any other way to do it?
